RETURNS:

Return accepted on most items within 15 days for exchange, credit or refund. All refundable merchandise must be in unused condition with all tags and in the original box or packaging if applicable. We cannot return item(s) that have been custom made (special sizing). This policy is only applicable if the garment is defective because of our mistake and if the garment is delivered as per the order originally placed then this policy does not apply. (Under Exceptional cases and special circumstances this refund policy applies)

SHIPPING:

All deliveries will be made within fifteen to twenty days from the date of payment confirmation received by the bank.

Shipping charges are not refundable and if an exchange is requested the customer is responsible for additional shipping, insurance and handling charges.

PAYMENTS:

Payments must be in advance. All prices are in U.S. currency and payment must be made through through one of the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. No personal checks are accepted.
